Internship at Exclusive Serenity

Assist our team and get first-hand experience in worldwide reservations and sales & marketing related tasks for our exclusive, 5-star clients.

Start date: Varies - on request

Duties:

Assistance with our worldwide reservations for different luxury hotels from A-Z using respective reservation systems and procedures.
Daily correspondence with properties and direct clients, travel agents and tour operators as well as all administrative duties involved in the reservation process.
Handling of enquiries by email and phone, creating of quotations.
Assistance in our social media marketing activities
Sales & Marketing assistance

The Perfect Candidate:

Tourism / hotel studies or work experience, ideally in a 5-star environment.
Excellent communication skills
Foreign language skills (in written and spoken language) – German is a huge advantage, any other European language is welcome.
Quick learner
Organizational and administrative skills.
Stress-resistant individual – you need to love a busy and demanding environment.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Knowledge of Photoshop is a big plus 
School education: German "Abitur" or completed South African matric
